Grind equal quantity of almonds, fennel seeds and sugar candy.  Drink 10 grams of this mixture mixed with 250 ml milk before going to bed at night.

The amount of Vitamin C in Amla is very high which is considered very beneficial for the eyes.  You can consume Amla powder, capsule, juice, in any way.  Drinking amla juice with honey every morning and taking one spoon of amla powder with water before going to bed at night is beneficial.

Mix one spoon of Triphala powder in water and leave it overnight.  Then filter this water in the morning and wash your eyes with it.  Along with this, if you keep fresh water in your mouth while washing your eyes, then you will also get benefit from that.  With this remedy, you will see the difference within a month.

Carrots are rich in phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin C and iron which are good for the eyes, regularly eating raw carrot salad or drinking its juice improves eyesight.

Blueberry is a type of berry that increases blood circulation in the body.  Eating fresh blueberries can cure night blindness or poor vision.

All the nutrients are in your food. A balanced diet is not only necessary for the eyes but also for the whole body.  You can take carrot juice, eggs, milk, green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits and lemon in your diet.

Walking barefoot on green grass in the morning is very beneficial for the eyes.  Make it a part of your daily routine.

Rub your palms together as soon as you wake up in the morning.  When the palms are warm, place them on your eyes and compress them.  Doing this 4-5 times will greatly benefit the eyes.
