The first happiness is the woman herself: nature has hidden a priceless treasure for man in everything.  There is no way humans can pay the price for something natural.  As it is said in Ayurveda, "Herbs and herbs are so valuable that man can never pay the price."  Today we are going to talk about dryness which is considered to be one such medicine.

You might not know, but in the Arab world figs are also called "the fruit of heaven".  What are the benefits of such a heavenly fruit fig?  How is this beneficial to us?  When should we eat it?  When should we count it?

  Introduction to Figs

(1) Figs are called "fig" in English, "gulor" in Hindi, "fumis" in Arabic, "atti" in Kannada and "ambar" in Marathi as well as "udumbar" in Sanskrit.

(2) In Ayurveda, fig is called cold medicine, while in Unani country it is called hot medicine.  Fig trees grow from 3 to 4.5 meters high.  Figs are mainly grown in Kabul, Afghanistan.

(3) 100 grams of dried figs contain 3 calories, 2.5 grams of protein, 0.2 grams of fat, 3 grams of carbohydrates, 2.5 grams of fiber.  (4) 100 grams of fresh figs contain 60 calories, 1.2 grams of protein, 0.2 grams of fat, 20.5 grams of carbohydrates and 2.5 grams of fiber.

(5) Thus dried figs are more beneficial than fresh figs.  (6) According to Ayurveda, fig is delicious, sweet, cold, nutritious, removes blood disorders, heavy in digestion, removes gas and bile.

(7) Fig is a seasonal fruit.  But it is available in dried form throughout the year.  Figs are rich in nutrients.  Apart from vitamins A and B, it also contains minerals like phosphorus, calcium, iron and manganese.

(8) Fig trees are like moist soil.  In India it is grown in Kashmir, Poona, Nashik, Uttar Pradesh, Bangalore, Mysore but the figs grown in India are not very big and tasty.

  Benefits of figs

(1) Figs are useful in purifying the blood.  Figs play a very important role in purifying the blood.  It gives best results in blood diseases.  Take 3-20 figs and 15-20 dried black grapes (seeds removed) every night, boil them well in 1 glass of milk and after cooling down for a while, drink the milk slowly and eat figs and grapes at the same time.

(2) Figs are useful in constipation.  Those who are fed up with constipation should use it accordingly.  Eating figs on an empty stomach in the morning or soaking figs in a glass of milk at night and eating figs with milk in the morning ends constipation.

(3) Figs are also useful for the development of bones.  The extra calcium in figs strengthens human bones.  Figs provide the right amount of calcium to your body.  Soaking 2 figs in 1 glass of water overnight, drinking its water in the morning and eating figs can increase blood flow in the body.

(4) Figs are useful in shortness of breath.  Figs give good results in shortness of breath as figs are very beneficial for asthma patients as they are gas destroyers.  Take about 5 - 5 grams of figs and Gorakh tamarind and eat together.  Doing this treatment in the morning and evening for a few days relieves the pressure on the heart and gives relief from shortness of breath.

(5) Fig is an excellent medicine for blood pressure.  Figs are very beneficial for BP patients.  Reduces body fat by gradually removing excess body fat.  Eating figs will benefit those people whose limbs have become numb due to anemia.

(6) Figs cure piles.

People who are bleeding due to piles get good results by eating 2-3 pieces of dried figs soaked in water every night for a few days in the morning.  In the same way, soak 2-3 more figs in the morning and eat them in the evening.  Doing this treatment for a few days will definitely give results. Bleeding piles will be cured.

 (7) Eczema in gastrointestinal and kidney disease

Figs are easily digested.  Figs are very beneficial in many diseases of the stomach.  Figs contain more than 50% natural sugar which is not harmful.  Thus figs are beneficial in gastric diseases as they are cooling.  Figs also keep the kidneys and kidneys functional.  Figs also help the kidney to function properly.  If possible, eat only 1 fig.

(8) Helps in reducing obesity.  Figs reduce body fat by gradually removing excess body fat.  The excellent elements present in figs are helpful in reducing fat.  Consuming figs in daily life reduces obesity.  Eating 2 figs early in the morning after sleeping definitely gives fruit.  If you feel hungry then you can take some figs in the form of dry fruits instead of fast food.

(9) Figs are useful for women.  Menstruation is regular in women by the consumption of figs and the mother's milk also increases with the consumption of figs.  Figs are beneficial for a long time in women's back pain.  Regular consumption of figs makes the mouth water.  Applying a paste of fresh figs on the face gives a glow to the face.  This paste acts like a scrub.  Removes dead tissue on the face.
