Such people should consume ion and zinc-rich vegetables.  It is especially beneficial during lunch time.  Thyroid patient should take milk and curd, taking curd with food in the morning and milk with food at night is beneficial.  Each of which contains vitamins, they should be consumed.  Walnuts are rich in vitamins that help relieve stress and tension and relax the thyroid.


Potassium-rich fruits like pomegranate are abundant, so it is important to consume pomegranate.  Drinking energy-rich green tea is beneficial and it helps in controlling weight.  Non-vegetarian people need to eat fish to control thyroid.  Eating brown rice and paneer is also very beneficial.  Green vegetables should be cooked more.  Green chilies and tomatoes contain antioxidants that help fight it.  Drinking milk juice half an hour before meals is beneficial.


The amount of iodine in garlic and onion is considered effective in thyroid.  It boosts the immune system.  Thyroid patients must eat black pepper, almonds, basil and green coriander.
