  Subject

  Coriander - 8 grams,

  water - 50 ml,

  Sugar - 1 tbsp


How to make water To use it, first of all, coriander should be soaked in water.  However remember that it should be used after a long time.  For this, you can keep coriander soaked before sleeping at night and after getting up in the morning, you can filter the water of coriander and mix sugar in it.


By consuming this water, you can avoid excessive thirst.  With this, you do not have to deal with the problem of dehydration.  Also, if you have a problem with bile, then this can also be avoided.
