Poppy seeds:- Poppy seeds have been used as a medicine since ancient times.  In fact, it has properties that work to rejuvenate you by removing most of your ailments.


Poppy seeds are rich in nutrients like calcium, magnesium and omega 3.  Which works to nourish you by strengthening the bones in your body.  You can use poppy seeds with water or milk in the morning.


Chana:- Chana is such a thing that works to control your blood sugar level and gives you relief from diabetes.  If your weight is less than required then you can strengthen it by using chickpeas.


If you have glasses on your eyes and you are anemic then you must include chickpeas in your diet.  However, remember that you can soak it and eat it anytime.


Fenugreek seeds: - You can use soaked fenugreek seeds in the morning.  Its bitter taste removes bad bacteria from the stomach.  If you are diabetic then you can also include fenugreek in your diet.  It strengthens bones and gives relief from joint pain, arm and leg pain, back pain etc.

For this, you have to soak 5 to 6 dry fruits at night and wake up in the morning and eat them with peel or later.  This will end many of your problems.


Peanuts:- Peanuts also help to overcome your problems.  You can use it like almonds mentioned above and its benefits are similar to almonds.  So there is no need to elaborate on it.  You can benefit from using it.


However, remember that you only have to take one thing a week.  If you eat almonds once a week, you can consume poppy seeds in the next week and peanuts in the next week.  However, remember to only use one item once a week.
