A case of culpable homicide has been registered against both the brothers.
St. in Reshamnagar of Surat city. Pandesara police have registered a case of culpable homicide after three months against the minor's friend and his karate-trained brother in connection with the mysterious death of a 14-year-old minor studying in class 8.
It was learned that a minor died after being strangulated and punched in a brawl over losing a game of Free Fire.
According to the information, Irfan Amir Hasan Sheikh (age 14), a resident of Amannagar in Bhindibazar, Uni, was studying in Class-8 in a government school located near his house. On October 17, Irfan was found unconscious in Reshmanagar. He was immediately taken to a private hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The relatives of the deceased had alleged at that time that Irfan had a fight with a minor friend and his brother living near the house. In which Irfan died. The father of the deceased Irfan had passed away eight years ago. Irfan has two more elder brothers. At that time the Pandesara police had registered accidental death in this case. After the postmortem report came, the police said to register a case in this matter.
Meanwhile, three months after the incident, the Pandesara police were accusing both the brothers. A case of culpable homicide has been registered against him. A 15-year-old schoolmate and his 17-year-old elder brother strangulated Irfan in a brawl over losing a Free Fire game and later punched him indiscriminately at several places, including on the face. Due to which Irfan fell on the ground and died. Pandesara police is probing the crime.
Commissioner of Justice and complained to the court
The relatives of the deceased had repeatedly appealed to the Pandesara police for justice. He had also presented before the Police Commissioner last month demanding the arrest of the accused in the murder case. After that the relatives also knocked on the door of the court for justice. Finally, after 3 months, the police registered a case of culpable homicide against both the minor brothers. Although the PM report is yet to come in this matter.
