Each part of our body needs different vitamins to function.  Similarly a very useful vitamin B12 is essential.  Being vegetarian but having less milk in the diet is a drawback.  Vitamin B12 can cause weakness in the body as well as dark spots on the skin.


  Fair skin tone:-


Yellow color appears in the skin and eyeballs due to the decrease in the number of red blood cells in the body.  It produces large and delicate blood cells.  Which inhibits the transport of blood. This causes bilirubin to be found in the gallbladder.  Excess bilirubin causes discoloration of the skin.


  Disability is fatigue:


Vitamin B12 usually causes weakness and fatigue. Its deficiency causes the body to not produce blood cells which cause fatigue and weakness due to insufficient circulation of oxygen.

Eating oatmeal for breakfast provides good nutrition and vitamin B12.

Soya products like soybean, soya oil, soya paneer etc. should be consumed.

Vitamin B12 is obtained from the consumption of high-fat milk.

Vitamin B12 can be obtained by using cottage cheese and cottage cheese.
