What should be included in the diet for hyperthyroidism?

Metabolic rate increases in hyperthyroidism.  So the amount of T3 and T4 increases in the body while the amount of TSH decreases.  If you are suffering from hyperthyroidism then you can eat green leafy vegetables like spinach and tomato.  Apart from this, you can eat banana, orange and gluten free diet among fruits.  Herbs like basil, oregano, henna should also be consumed.  Which helps in getting rid of the problem of hyperthyroidism.
