Milk is also rich in vitamin B12 and protein, minerals and proteins.  Apart from this, paneer and cheese also contain B12 but milk is the best because milk is digested quickly.

Chickpeas, Groundnuts, Mung, Math, Sesame, Wheat and Jowar.  Soak any of them in water for one night, then tie them in a cloth, chew a small bowl and eat it twice a day.  Consuming this way for a few days will give relief.

These CY soybeans also contain high amount of vitamin B12 or add up to 20% of soybeans while grinding wheat and eating its roti gives quick results.
