If you receive the message Touch input is blocked when this application is activated on the lock screen, please go to your device Settings -> Uncheck / disable / toggle Unchecked. This will let the app work as intended and your bottom navigation bar will not show or alert you again; The WQHD+ resolution setting is also recommended.
Huawei
If you always see the navigation buttons on the display, please go to your device settings and search for AC and idle misconfiguration prevention.
APP is not working
Sometimes your Android device will randomly decide to terminate the application service; To prevent this, please check that your device has Battery Manager and disable battery optimization for AOA.
👉If your device is not listed below, please do a Google search for "background service apps are stopping (add your device name)".
👉If you're having trouble finding Battery Optimization; Try searching for battery optimization in your Android settings.
General Tools
- Go to Device Settings.
- Applications and Notifications.
- Access to particular application.
- Battery optimization.
- Select the down arrow at the top and select All Apps.
- Select AOA.
- Select Do not optimize.
Special tool
Huawei
1. Open the battery settings of your Huawei smartphone.
2. Access the app launch setting on your Huawei.
3. Find AOA and switch it to Manually Manage. You will immediately see a prompt asking you what types of activities you want to allow. To eliminate all problems, it is a good idea to select all modes like Auto-launch, Secondary launch and Run in background.
Xiaomi
1. Open the Settings menu on your Xiaomi device.
2. From Settings tap Battery & performance.
3. Tap Apps Manage Battery Usage.
4. Tap Choose apps from Manage apps' battery usage.
5. Tap on Installed Apps and select AOA.
6. Tap No Restrictions.
oneplus
1. Open Settings on your OnePlus device and tap Advanced.
2. Tap Recent App Management.
3. Tap on Normal Clear to clear the task list and cache without clearing background processes.
4. Lock AOA in Recent Apps.
samsung
1. Go to Device Settings.
2. Search for Optimize Battery Usage.
3. Select All Apps from the drop down menu.
4. Toggle the switch to the OFF position for AOA from being automatically optimized.
